Booking Appointments
Your appointment must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the desired date and time.
Golden Turtle Nails does Not work over other people’s work. Please contact us in advance and provide a picture of the nails before booking.
If you need a soak-off, then you must book it as part of your appointment. This may add extra time to your appointment, so please plan accordingly.
By completing the booking process, you are agreeing to the terms and agreements listed. You are agreeing that you have read and agreed to all of the policies provided on this website and accept any charges in the event of cancellations. You are also agreeing that you won’t dispute deposits or charges before, during, or after their occurrence.
Late Arrivals
Golden Turtle Nails LLC understands that things happen and they set us behind so we give our customers a 10 minute grace period, after the 10 minutes have passed Golden Turtle Nails LLC will cancel the appointment and the client will be charged a 50% of the service, if is posible we will still provide a portion of the service booked for a equal charge of the reserved service amount.
Rescheduling/ Short Notice Cancelations/ No show No Calls Policy
Re-scheduling Policy
Golden Turtle Nails LLC understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore Golden Turtle Nails LLC request a 24 hour notice to reschedule any appointment prior to the scheduled appointment date and time.
Reschedule is only allow once per appointment , if a reschedule needs to happen once again, a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged to the card on file.
Cancelation Policy
Golden Turtle Nails LLC request 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment prior to the scheduled appointment date and time failure to give notice will result in 50% charge
Last minute cancelation policy
we understand that some times emergencies, unnatural or unexpected situations may happen and are of our control. If the customer gives a last minute cancelation notice within 2-6 hours prior to the serviced booked the customer will be charged 75% of the reserved service amount on the card on file. If the customer creates a behavioral pattern of last minute canceling Golden Turtle Nails LLC will charge 100% of the reserved service amount on the card on file or Terminate the Business and client relationship.
No-shows
No show No call policy
Golden Turtle Nails LLC understands that some times life gets busy for our customers and they might forget their appointment date and time. We have automated reminders like E-mail and Text to keep our clients updated with their upcoming appointments, clients will receive a Email Reminder 48 hours prior to the appointment and a Text form Reminder 24 hours prior to the reserved appointment, we ask our clients to provide valid reachable Email address and Phone Number as our reminders will be sent to the provided information. If the provided information is not accurate and client ends up No show No call Golden Turtle Nails LLC will charge 100% of the reserved service amount on the card on file. Client must pay full amount of the previous appointment before booking a new appointment, not doing so will result in being Banned from booking.
Card on file policy
Golden Turtle Nails LLC requires a Debit/Credit to remain on file for future payments such as Deposit payments, Cancelations or Last minute cancelation payments, Rescheduling payments and No call No show payments. Golden Turtle Nails LLC is not responsible for your card data once the business to costumer relationship is terminated Golden Turtle Nails LLC will erase/delete all Debit/Credit cards and files of the customer.
Nail Repairs
Any gel polish chipping or nail lifting that occurs up to 2 days after the appointment can be repaired for free. Please let me know the day of the incident and provide pictures using the form below. You will be contacted promptly to schedule a repair appointment.
Any repair requests reported 3 days or later can be addressed by booking a new appointment with me using our portal or information on the Contact page. You are responsible for paying a fee for the repair(s).
If you are not pleased with the shape, length, or designs that you chose during your service, then please let me know prior to leaving the appointment. Once the service is finalized and you leave, you will need to book a new appointment for any changes and you will be responsible for the cost of the change(s).
After-hours Appointments
Any appointments scheduled outside of regular working hours noted in the booking portal require a extra fee when you book your appointment. Please note: this is not a down payment. It does not go towards your service.
COVID-19 Precautions
Golden Turtle Nails prioritizes your safety above all else.
You must bring a suitable mask to your appointment. Your mask must be worn throughout the entire appointment.
No extra guests are allowed to attend your appointment. There is a public bathroom available in the building.
If you or anyone you know has been exposed to the virus, then please do not book an appointment. If you have already booked an appointment, then please cancel it in advance. Let’s keep everyone safe!
